Refunds for digital subscriptions

We aim to be clear and fair about how refunds are handled for paid access to our AI resume analysis, resume builder software, and mock interview platform features.

General policy

All payments for premium plans are processed securely through Razorpay. Once a subscription is activated and access is granted, refunds are generally not issued for partially used periods unless required by applicable law or platform policy.

When refund requests may be considered

  • The payment was duplicated or charged incorrectly.
  • The subscription was created due to a technical error or failed authorization.
  • A paid feature was not delivered as described and the issue remains unresolved.

How to request a refund

Please contact our support team at support@findmynaukri.com with your payment receipt, transaction ID, and a short explanation of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7–10 business days to process.
