Job Description
We’re growing rapidly and seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team and help us build world-class infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Cloud Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions on AWS cloud using tools like Terraform.
Kubernetes Expertise: Orchestrate and manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes (K8s) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
Performance Monitoring: Enhance system performance and reliability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or the ELK Stack.
Collaboration: Work closely with clients, engineering teams, and infrastructure specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
Innovation: Advocate for and implement new technologies and best practices to drive team and project success.
Ownership: Take full responsibility for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and IAM.
Kubernetes Proficiency: Deep knowledge of K8s, including Helm, Operators, and multi-cluster management.
Automation Skills: Expertise in tools like Terraform, Shell scripting, AWS Lambda, and EventBridge to automate cloud infrastructure.
CI/CD Tools: Strong experience with Jenkins, GitLab, or other CI/CD systems.
Disaster Recovery: Proven experience in setting up high availability and disaster recovery solutions for cloud infrastructure.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills and a drive for innovation.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and empathy, with the ability to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
